Instructions: The JSN recognizes that everyone has gifts and needs. In your own words, you've identified your gifts and needs. Scroll down, find your organization and identify two orgs that you feel comfortable supporting and two orgs you think could help you. We encourage you to reach out to them directly and ask for support. When orgs have agreed to work with each other, both orgs should fill out this survey to be compensated.
